This is a restaurant site which has Bar, Hookah Room and Private Party Rooms for any occasion. The requirements of the site were, a place to easily add the menu items for Restaurant, Bar and hookah. Site has a specific daily and weekly events so these events should be displayed in a calender where every one can easily check the event's list at a glance. And a photo gallery for events photographs.
Since there are lots of menus with different categories it was very easy to manage them through Drupal taxonomies. And some calendar style modules are easily available In Drupal and custom content type for Menu items can be easily managed with Drupal, so we have gone for Drupal 7.
Used the built in Taxonomy module for the menu categories. Front page has some picture highlights to emphasize the Restaurant specialities. This is achived through views_slideshow and nodequeue modules. For adding the events we have used a custom content type with the full calender style and configured it according to need. Site has a beautiful photo gallery created using colorbox plugin. Used Webforms for all the site form submissions.
